Why We Started Aura
Hi, I’m Andrew, owner of Aura Solar & Electrical.
Before starting Aura, I worked in businesses where I gave everything I had yet often felt invisible. There wasn’t much communication. There wasn’t much appreciation. Training was limited. Career growth was almost non-existent.
Eventually I realised I didn’t just want a better pay cheque. I wanted to work somewhere that genuinely valued its people.
So when my wife Phillippa and I started Aura, we built the company we’d always wished we’d worked for. A place where people come first. Where integrity isn’t just a word on the wall. Where family matters. Where learning never stops.
Today, we’re proud to say our reputation has been built not only on quality workmanship, but on building a team that enjoys coming to work every day.
And because our clients keep recommending us, we’re growing. That’s why we’re looking for our next electrician.

What You’ll Be Doing

Residential and commercial electrical installations
Solar & battery installations
EV charger installations
Maintenance and fault finding
Switchboard upgrades
Working with apprentices
Delivering exceptional customer service
Using digital job management systems and apps

The person
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally have:
NSW Electrical Licence
Current Driver Licence
Great communication skills
Pride in producing quality work
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Honesty, reliability and integrity
Solar and battery experience is highly regarded. But if you’re an excellent electrician who’s motivated to learn, we’d love to hear from you. We’ll invest in the right person.
