The client engaged us to do the electrical work on a full house renovation.

Stage 1: Working with the builders

• To disconnect power then move cables for future light, power and appliance needs.
• The office and lounge needed additional data cable with wall socket inlets.

Stage 2: Installing electrical fittings

• New fan lights in the bedrooms.
• New powerpoints.
• New wall lighting in master bedroom.
• Two way switching.

Stage 3: Working with interior installers

• Rough in for the kitchen, laundry and bathroom.

Stage 4: Working with the clients to choose, then install:

• Bathroom:  3-in-1 heat/light/exhaust system, heated towel railing, under cabinet lighting.
• Kitchen: additional power to a new island bench, new power circuit to an induction cooktop, installation of oven, all powerpoints, downlights and two pendant lights above the island bench.

• Laundry: recommended and installed an LED fan exhaust system.
